How to Shop at Elyhorses
Shopping with us is simple. Just follow these steps.
Step 1: Choose your product
Visit elyhorses.com. Browse the menu or collections, or type a product name in the search bar. Click a product to see its photos, size, description and price.
Step 2: Add to Cart
Select any options such as size or color, then click "Add to Cart". You can keep shopping and add more products.
Step 3: Review your cart
Click the Cart icon at the top of the page. Check your products, quantities and total. You can change quantities or remove items here.
Step 4: Go to Checkout
When everything looks right, click "Checkout".
Step 5: Enter your delivery details
Enter your name, email, phone number and full delivery address. Please use a correct email and phone number, because your order updates will be sent there.
Step 6: Choose a shipping method
Pick one of the available shipping options. The cost and estimated delivery time appear at checkout. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
Step 7: Complete your payment
Choose your payment method and complete the payment. All payments are processed securely.
Step 8: Order confirmation email
After your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from helloelyhorses.com@gmail.com. It includes your order number, the items you bought and your delivery details.
Didn't receive the email? Please check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder first. If it's not there, contact us at helloelyhorses.com@gmail.com with your name and order details.
Step 9: Shipping updates
Once your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel.
